Multiple objective planning horizon (MOP) for managing the sustainability of the proposed Rancocas Creek NWT appreciates wide appeal, particularly for the community’s and organizations in the Rancocas Creek Watershed. However, choosing a composite objective function and assigning proper weights to it are crucial. A composite objective function and an interactive weighting technique designed for the RCWT are described. This in turn reduces a large number of extreme point solutions into a small group so that decisions may more easily choose a final solution
Backstopping MOP is community outreach based on basic and fundamental principles of coalition building.
